Private Marketplaces provide buyers with priority access, more insight, and easy execution. But not all deals are created equal. Below are the three basic types of Private Marketplace Deal types.

Preferred Deal: One buyer buys an inventory package from one publisher at a fixed price, ahead of the open exchange.

Private Auction: Multiple invitation-only buyers bid on an inventory package, subject to a specified deal floor price, ahead of the open exchange.

Within the Open Auction: Multiple invitation-only buyers bid on an inventory package, subject to a specified deal floor price, in competition with the open exchange.
